NOTE: arrivals at Saturday or Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:00, departures Saturday or Tuesday until 10:00, arrivals after 20:00 must be advised.
Possible stays are Sat/Sat - Tue/Tue - Sat/Tue - Tue/Sat, min. stay 7 nights.
The week from 10th to 17th August cannot be booked alone, but only together with the preceeding or following week.
OBLIGATORY COSTS:
Weekly consumption forfait: Euro 40,00 per person, children 3 to 11 years Euro 20,00. Includeds water, gas, electricity, bed-linen and bathroom-linen.
Final cleaning: Villa 4 = € 60,00; Villa 6 = € 75,00, Villa 8 = € 90,00, excluding kitechette, which has to be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of € 50 applies.
Comfort Card: (obligatory from 12/06 to 11/09): adults € 15,00; children 6 to 11 years € 8,00 per week.
Deposit: € 150, will be refunded at the departure after a control of the apartment. If the departure is out of office hours, the deposit will be sent by mail to the guests`s mail address.

Set “beach”: from 20/03 to 12/06 and from 11/09 to 23/10: € 20 per apartment
Pets: are allowed of small size, surcharge of € 40,00 for the whole stay applies
Transfer: Airport/Port Porto Torres/Alghero € 25 per person (min. 3 persons) From 22:00 to 6:00 surcharge of 20%. Children up to 2 years free. Prices are one-way.
