OBLIGATORY COSTS:
Weekly consumption forfait: Euro 35,00 per person, children 3 to 11 years Euro 20,00. Includeds water, gas, electricity, bed-linen and courtesy kit.
Final cleaning: Villa 4 = € 60,00; Villa 6 = € 75,00, Villa 8 = € 90,00, excluding kitechette, which has to be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of € 50 applies.
Deposit: € 150, will be refunded at the departure after a control of the apartment. If the departure is out of office hours, the deposit will be sent by mail to the guests`s mail address.
