The residence La Pineta is located in a large pine forest strechting down to the sandy beach and the crystal clear water, close to a small harbo r.. Here amongst the trees, you will find a range of privately-owned individual properties, each differing in style from the next and furnished to its owner's tastes.
Water sport of all sort can be enjoyed throughout the area and there is also an 18-hole golf course within easy reach (pitch and putt short course).
The distance to Cagliari airport is 45 km and Cagliari city 42 km.
A commercial-centre with supermarket and different shops like butcher, fish saler, t abacco and newspapers, bar, pizzeria, public phone, multi-use-courts for tennis and mini soccer, bicycle-rent is also available. At the beach you can rent umbrellas, beach chairs, canoes and peddal-boats, as well as practise sailing and windsurfing. At the distance of ca. 8 km you'll find a pharmacy and first aid station.
Accomodation includes terraced apartments in the upper floor and apartments with a little garden at ground floor. All apartments have separate entrances, the apartments at the upper floor can be reached by stairs. The 2-room apartments are only available in the upper floor. The distance to the beach can be from 50 to 500 m, depending of the position of the apartment.
