The residence Perla Marina is located in a large pine forest strechting down to the sandy beach and the crystal clear water, close to a small harbor.. Here amongst the trees, you will find a range of privately-owned individual properties, each differing in style from the next and furnished to its owner's tastes.
Water sport of all sort can be enjoyed throughout the area and there is also an 18-hole golf course within easy reach. (pitch&putt short-course)
The distance to Cagliari airport is 45 km and Cagliari city 42 km.
A commercial-centre with supermarket and different shops like butcher, fish saler, tabacco and newspapers, bar, pizzeria, public phone, multi-use-courts for tennis and mini soccer, bicycle-rent is also available. At the beach you can rent umbrellas, beach chairs, canoes and peddal-boats, as well as practise sailing and windsurfing. At the distance of ca. 8 km you'll find a pharmacy and first aid station.
 The accomodation is in independant apartments or two-family houses with garden. All apartments have a private entrance.
The distance to the beach varies from 150 to 600 meters depending on the position of the apartments. Car parking places are available, but sometimes not directly in front of the apartment.
Use of the swimming-pool at the residence Cala Verde is permitted upon request and payment.
