Note: Start/End of stay Saturday/Tuesday 05:00pm – Saturday/Tuesday 10:00am. Arrivals later than 8:00pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise the reception cannot be guaranteed.
Trilocale 6 VIP is available only from 5th June.
OBLIGATORY COSTS
Weekly forfait: Bilo 4 € 100,00; Trilo 5/6 € 130,00; Trilo 6 with 2 bathrooms
€ 160,00. The prices are per apartment and include: water, gas, electricity, color TV, WiFi and small secretary services are available for the clients at or office, car parking place.
Final cleaning: Bilo 4 € 70,00; Trilo 5/6 € 85,00; Trilo 6 with 2 bathrooms
€ 95,00. Kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise surcharge of
€ 50.
Comfort Card: € 60,00 per apartment for the entire stay.
Deposit: € 200, will be refunded at end of stay after a verification of the apartment. In case of a departure at out of office hours, the deposit will be sent to the guest via post.
ADDITIONAL COSTS if requested: (to be requested at booking)
Bed-linen: bed € 10,00 per person and change; bath-room linen € 15,00 per person and change.
Cot: € 30,00 per week
Animals: small sized animals are allowed. Supplement € 30,00 per week
Beach towel: € 5,00 per towel
Daily cleaning: Bilocale € 20,00; Trilocale 5 € 25,00; Trilocale 6 € 35,00 (excluding the kitchenette)
Decoder Sky: € 25,00 per week (only decoder, card from guest)
Transfer: From Olbia/Golfo Aranci - harbour/airport. € 30,00 one way per person (min. 2 persons). Surcharge 22:00 to 6:00 = 20%. Surcharge for Golfo Aranci € 10,00, children free. Rates are one-way.
