Arrival/Departure: Thursday (starts at 17.00 and ends at 10.00)
OBLIGATORY COSTS:
- Weekly consumption forfait and assistance (water, gas, electricity):
€ 17,00 a person, children up to 12 years € 8,50
- Final cleaning: Monolocale € 39; Bilocale € 47; Trilocale € 56 (excluded
kitchenette, dishes and bath-room, which have to be cleaned by the guest,
otherwise a surcharge of € 52 will apply.
- Pets allowed at request, paying a surcharge of € 45,00 each for cleaning
- Deposit: € 150,00 will be refunded at departure. (If the departure is before
7:00am, the deposit will be sent by mail).
- Arrival after 9:30pm: Late arrivals must be advised early and will be
charged according to the night-time of arrival and the following periods:
Arrival after 9:30pm up to 10:30pm € 50; from 10:30pm up to 12:00pm € 77;
after 12:00pm € 129.
FURTHER SERVICES (AT REQUEST):
- Cleaning surcharge at the day of departure (obligatory only if the
apartment is left dirty): Monolocale € 62; Bilocale € 77; Trilocale € 90
- Supplement bed-linen and bath-room linen bed-linen € 9,00;
bath-room linen € 6,00; complete bed- and bath-room linen € 14,00
a person a week. (linen for the kitchen are not available)
- TV surcharge € 5,00 a day (minimum 4 days and until end of stay)
DISCOUNTS AND SURCHARGES:
DISCOUNT: booking before May 15th:
- In the periods A, B, C and M booking at least 3 weeks, one is free.
(the first in June, the last in September)
- Discount 10% in the periods C, D and E booking at least 2 weeks
SURCHARGE of 20% if only one week is booked in period G.
- Apartments Top: with access to the beach without crossing the street,
equipped with washing-machine and color TV, surcharge per week: periods
A, B, C and M € 52; periods D and E € 62; period F, G, H, L € 78
- Apartments Garden: with a small garden and car parking place
Supplement a week: periods A, B, C and M € 10; periods D and
E € 21; periods F, G, H and L € 42
- Extra beds and children beds: periods A, B, C and M € 27,00;
periods D and E € 53,00; periods F, G, H and L € 75,00
- Cot supplement: periods A, B, C and M € 17,00; periods D and E

- Weekly surcharge for apartments equipped with washing-machine and TV:
Periods A, B, C and M € 20,00; periods D and E € 30,00;
