Arrival day is Saturday, from 17:00 till 20:00. The arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at time of booking. Departure day is Saturday, 9:30.
On request, arrival day on Wednesday for bilo/trilo
(except during the period 28/07 al 15/09)

Surcharge Bilo and Trilo for a villa is € 120,00 per week, on request at time of booking; payable at location.
Surcharge Bilo (55 mq) and Trilo (75 mq) for a villa with TV-Sat and washing-
machine is € 230,00 per week, on request at time of booking; payable at  location.
Surcharge Bilo and Trilo in Villa Resort with TV-SAT, air conditioned and washing-machine is € 310,00 per week; on request at time of booking; payable at location

Obligatory costs: (to be paid at location)

Final cleaning: € 60 for Mono, € 65 for Bilo, € 70 for Trilo, € 80 for Quadri
Consumption: € 20 per person and week for water, gas, electricity.
Deposit: € 150, will be refunded at the end of the stay, after verification of the accessories and the apartment conditions. If the guest leaves out of office hours, the deposit will be sent to his postal address.

Additional costs upon request ( to be paid at location)

Club card: € 21,00 per person and per week; for periods 15/05-29/05 and 04/09-18/09 it allows free entry to swimming-pool, piano bar, sports. In addiction for period 29/05-04/09 it allows daily animation, evening shows with the animation and cabaret, open-air discotheque, mini-club for children (5-12 years)
Baby-bed/cot: to be requested at time of booking: € 50,00 per week
Bed-linen and bath towels: to be requested at time of booking: € 21,00 per person and change. Bed-linen only, to be requested at time of booking: € 14,00 per person and change.
Table-cloth and table-cover are not provided and are not for rent
Kitchenette must be cleaned before leaving, otherwise the surcharge to pay is € 40,00.
TV: to be requested at time of booking, € 50,00 per week
Air conditioning: to be requested at time of booking, it consists on portable air conditioner system, the price per week is € 80,00.
Midweek cleaning: € 40,00 for mono and bilo, € 50,00 for trilo and quadri.
Pets (small) are permitted, to be requested at time of booking, the cost is €
50,00 per animal for the whole stay.
Taxi service from/to the airport (for information please ask to residence reception).
Half–board and full board upon request.
The extra service: Credit cards Visa, Carta Sì, MasterCard, EuroCard are accepted

At payment: Windsurf, Sailing, Canoing, 5-a-side soccer, Tennis during the day and night, Minigolf, rent of sunshades, beach-beds and pedaling boats, diving excursions and diving-school with PADI and TDI licenses, excursions in boat to the near-by bays.

The beach: large beach with fine sand, ca. 300 meters away from the residence. In ca. 50/150 meters you can find small bays with rocks and stones.
The apartments are 150 to 350 meters from the large sandy beach and the quadrilocale houses are 350 to 900 meters away.

Club-Card: Gymnastics, Aerobic, water gymnastics, tennis community courses, Windsurf, Canoing, soccer competitions, beach-volley and cabaret. Animation during the day at the beach and at the evening with baby-dance, evening shows and cabarets. Piano-Bar. Miniclub for children from 5 to 9 years, Youth-Club (10 to 13 years) at predefined hours.

New: archery and beauty center and fitness center
Beauty-card (at request): use of the fitness-area and beauty-center with turkish-
bath, sauna, Kneipp-course, tropical shower, hydromassage, relax-area with tisaneria at pre-defined hours.
