These apartment types are available:
Type A: Monolocale 2 persons - One room with areas for living-room and dining-room, kitchenette, sleeping sofa for 2 persons, bath-room, balcony (patio if at ground floor).
Type B: Mansarda 3 persons + 1 extra - One room under the roof with areas for living-room and dining-room, kitchenette, sleeping sofa for 2 persons or 2 separate beds, bath-room. The sleeping area can be separated by dividers.
Type C: Monolocale 3 persons - One room with areas for living-room and dining-room, kitchenette, sleeping sofa for 2 persons and 2 separate beds or a bunk-bed, bath-room, balcony or patio, if on ground floor.
Type D: Bilocale 3 persons - 2-room aparment with kitchenette, sleeping sofa, sleeping-room with double bed, bath-room, balcony (patio if on ground floor).
Type E: Mansarda 4 persons - Apartament mansarda with kitchenette, the sleeping area is normally divided by some furnitures or a sepaator, bath-room, balcony. The dining-area can be on the covered patio.
Type F: Bilocale 4 persons - 2-room apartment with large living-room, kitchenette, sleeping-room with double bed, bath-room, balcony (patio if on ground floor).
Type G: Mansarda 4 persons + 1 extra - 3-room apartament mansarda with living-room, kitchenette and sleeping sofa, sleeping-room with double bed, sleeping room with 2 single bedds, bath-room, balcony.
Type H: Trilocale 4 persons + 1 extra - 3-room apartment with living-room, kitchenette and sleeping sofa, sleeping-room with double bed, sleeping room with 2 single beds or 1 bunk-bed, bath-room, balcony (patio if on ground floor).
Type I: Quadrilocale 6 persons + 2 extra - 4-room apartment with living-room, kitchenette or small kitchen, sleeping-room with double bed, 2 sleeping rooms with single beds or bunk beds, 2 beds in loft or in living-room, 2 bath-rooms, balcony (veranda if on ground floor).
Type P. Marana: Bilocale 4 persons - large living-room with kitchenette, sleeping sofa or bunk-bed, sleeping-room with double-bed, patio with view to the yachtclub.
THE EXTRA BEDS ARE UPON REQUEST AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY THE CLIENT AT ARRIVAL IN RESIDENCE.
“Superior” Category: These apartments are composed like the apartments describe above, but with an elegant furnishing, with a wonderful sea-view, air-conditioning (without additional payment) and larger internal and external spaces. Further more, they are equipped with washing-machine and dish-washer (without the monolocali).
