Wonderful and cured residential complex, newly built, situated in panoramic position above the beautiful sea of the Gulf of Marinella, in short distance to the marina (Jachtclub), the characteristic chapel and numerous commercial and sportive activities. The residence is characterized by the cured, large and luxurious gardens, by the profumes and unique colours of the Bougainvillea, the juniper and rhododendron that is framing it. The architectonical design is the typical one of this area, with terraces, characteristic roofs and large arcades, inserted in a discrete and harmonic way into the typical vegetation.
Position: at aprox. 15km from Olbia, 4,5km from Porto Rotondo and about 900 meters from the center of the Gulf of Marinella.
Beach: at 200-350 meters, of fine white sand, can be reached by a small path through the characteristic gardens. The beaches are public. Beach with fine sand and beach-beds and umbrellas at 800 meters distance.

Services: reception (open every day from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm; arrivals out of office hours are accepted with prior notice), free parking, newspaper shop, chapel, supermarket and other commercial activities. At about 900 meters in the Gulf of Marinella you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newspaper shops, ice-ream-vendors, game-hall, and other shops. Close to the marina at about 300 meters there are more restaurants and bars, also hairdresser, first-aid etc. At about 250 meters you can find the new playing fields for tennis and soccer “5-a-side”. At 150 meters is the exclusive “Fiat Playa” club (at payment) with playing ground for children, restaurant/pizzeria, music bar. This structure does not belong to the Corti di Marinella and therefore opening hours are not guaranteed.
Sport and amusement: At the marina you can rent boats or motorcycles (scooter) and take diving courses. At the beach of Marinella in 800 meters distance there are more water sport possibilities, such as excursions in boat, dinghy etc.
